Simons Island is easier than ever to access! There are (4) airports that allow you to fly into the vicinity.

You can land at McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport, the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport, Jacksonville International Airport or fly into the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.

Are Vendors allowed at this event?

Yes, we do allow vendors to participate. Please contact us at Info.BTPM@gmail.com for more information and to register early. Space is limited.

Are Men able to attend?

Yes, this event is open for everyone.

Can meals be purchased at the confernce?

Yes, meals can be purchased through Epworth By The Sea Cafeteria.

Cost for meals:

$12.36 - Breakfast

$20.22 - Lunch

$24.72 - Dinner

Full meals include: Vegetables, a starch, bread, a meat choice, salad bar, soup, coffee, tea and beverage.

These costs are only for guests who DO NOT stay on site as a guest of Epworth By The Sea and compute to conference daily. (those staying in hotels out in town)

A commuter fee of $5.62 is required for all guest NOT registered as a guest of Epworth By The Sea.

How should you dress?

Friday Night is APOLLO Night. This is an all-black formal event. Dress to impress!

Saturday is a BTPM Tee Shirt photo session. Wear your conference shirt and blend in with the crowd.

Sunday is a relax wear.

The grounds of Epworth are simply enjoyable. You will spend a lot of time outside so wear comfortable shoes so that you don't feel restricted. This is your event, make it enjoyable.

Is Childcare available?

No, Childcare is not available, all seating requires payment.

How do I attend Friday 9:00 am Sessions?

Friday morning sessions are a part of the VIP package. To attend these session you must purchase a VIP Ticket to attend.

To upgrade a standard ticket to a VIP ticket, you must purchase a 1-day VIP ticket which allows you to attend the Friday morning sessions and upgrade your entire package.

Cost is an additional $80 if purchased separately.
