The 2026 Conference was originally scheduled to be held in Charleston, South Carolina. However, the conference location has been changed to Beaufort, South Carolina, affectionately known as "Beautiful Beaufort by the Sea."


Beaufort is a charming coastal town filled with rich history, Southern hospitality, and breathtaking scenery. From its historic downtown and waterfront parks to its majestic oak trees draped with Spanish moss, Beaufort offers a unique Lowcountry experience that attendees are sure to enjoy.

The conference location will also accommodate Hotel reservations. Breakfast, lunch and evening snacks are included with hotel reservations. Be sure to remind Holiday Inn that you are our guest.

A complimentary box lunch will be provided on Saturday for your convenience. Additionally, a restaurant is on property and there is a wide variety of restaurants just minutes away from our conference area, offering plenty of tasty options!

Yes, this event is open for everyone.  

Friday morning is for our VIP guests. This is a private session for our special guests who register early to attend. Seating is limited, so please register early!

Wear Comfortable shoes and Clothing.  Weather is normally in the 80's. We will be going on a Tour of Beaufort's historical area..  

 
Friday Night is our kickoff, so get ready for a night filled with excitement! 

Dress attire is relaxed wear. Air conditioning can make the sitting area cool, so dress to be comfortable.


Saturday is a BTPM T-shirt photo session. Wear your conference shirt and blend in with the crowd. Shirts can be purchased online or at the conference. 


Sunday dress comfortably so that you don't feel restricted. 


This is your event, so make it enjoyable. 

No, Childcare is not available, all seating requires payment. 

Friday morning sessions are a part of the VIP package. To attend these sessions, you must purchase a VIP Ticket.  


To upgrade a standard ticket to a VIP ticket, you must purchase a 1-day VIP ticket, which allows you to attend the Friday morning sessions and upgrade your entire package.  


The cost is additional if purchased separately.
